This committee is a body of the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority, which is located at Pronksi tn 12, 10117 Tallinn, telephone: <a href=\"tel:620%201707\">+372 620 1707<\/a>, e-mail address:<a href=\"mailto:info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee\"> info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee<\/a>. Its procedural terms can be viewed and applications submitted <a href=\"http:\/\/www.komisjon.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. The committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from an agreement entered into between a buyer and Goodpoint Chemicals O\u00dc. The reviewing of the buyer\u2019s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
