How to order

Private individuals can buy products from the e-store vitasept.com
Legal entities can place orders either by phone (+372 5627 5636), by e-mail (tellimine@gpc.ee) or by registering as a user here on the website.

When ordering by e-mail or phone, let us know:

1. Product name
2. Packaging
3. Quantity
4. Company name/reg code
5. Delivery address
6. Name and phone number of the contact person (preferably a mobile phone)
7. If there are only certain times when you can receive the goods, let them know as well to avoid the courier going back and forth.

NB! Not all bottles of hand antiseptics and soaps have a dosing pump, order it additionally – for dosing a 500ml, 1L bottle or 5L canister. 400ml packages have either a pump or a flip cap, and all spray bottle packages have sprayers on them.

There is no minimum order, the delivery time of the goods is usually within 2-3 working days, maximum up to 1 week.
FREE transport by courier or Smartpost is available in Estonia for orders from €50+km (€60). For smaller orders, a courier fee of €5.83+km (€7) or Smartpost €3.30+km (€3.96) is added.
The goods are accompanied by a delivery note and the invoice is sent to e-mail. If you would like a paper invoice, please let us know when placing your order.
The link to the safety data sheets and leaflets of the ordered products will be sent in an e-mail with the invoice, or the leaflets can also be downloaded by selecting Additional information for the products.
