The right to return goods and submit claims does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
Resolution of disputes
These terms and conditions and sale & purchase order agreements take into account the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes are resolved by way of negotiations in the interests of the client in order to find the best possible solution.
If the buyer has any complaints about the Goodpointchemicals.com online store, these must be e-mailed to email@example.com or submitted by calling +372 5627 5636 (9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday).
If the buyer and Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. This committee is a body of the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority, which is located at Pronksi tn 12, 10117 Tallinn, telephone: +372 620 1707, e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Its procedural terms can be viewed and applications submitted here. The committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from an agreement entered into between a buyer and Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ. The reviewing of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge. The buyer may also present their case on the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform here.
Goodpoint Chemicals OÜ reserves the right to amend the content, prices and systems of the online store.
