The rapid test card is a chromatographic immunoassay based on a one-step in vitro test and is intended for the rapid qualitative determination of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen using a nasal swab sample. BOSON is a true-result (verified) antigen rapid test determined in the European Union, which guarantees that the test works within the limits allowed by the manufacturer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE TEST:

    1. Screw the cap on the extraction buffer bottle.
    2. Place 8 drops (about 0.25 mL) of buffer into the sample storage cup.
    3. Identify the soft end of the tampon. Open the package and gently take out the tampon.

  1. Put the end of the tampon in the cup and twist it 3-5 times. Leave the tampon in the cup for 1 minute.
  2. Squeeze the end of the tampon to get as much solution as possible.
  3. Cap the cup and use the solution in it as a sample test
  4. Open the bag and take the test device. The test device is intended for use immediately after opening.
  5. Turn the test cup over and squeeze 2-3 drops (50-75 μL) of the liquid onto the designated part (S) of the test device.
  6. The test results are visible 15-20 minutes after the test. Attention! After 20 minutes, test results may be inaccurate.

Reading the results of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test BOSON

Positive: If a red line appears in both the control area (C) and the test area (T) within 15-20 minutes, the result is positive and valid. The blurring of the resulting red lines does not play a role.

Negative: If the red line appears only in the control area (C) and no line appears in the test area (T) within 15-20 minutes, the test result is negative and valid.

Invalid result: The test result is invalid if a red streak did not appear on the control area (C) within 15-20 minutes. In this case, the test must be repeated.
